Photo Leaf is based out of Portland, Oregon.

The founder of Photo Leaf, Max Brown has a BFA in graphic design from the University of Oregon. Since 2007, Max has retouched 1000's of images as the Head of Graphics and Web Design for a modeling agency in downtown Portland, OR.
